Really depends on how long you been gone.
Less then a year, void watch
Over a year - Abyssea
I dont know about Asura, but I'd expect it's basically the same on all servers.
The game is rather stale now with only Void watch, solo / lowman dynamis or abyssea, and they get old fast.
