I was playing a lil while back and noticed somthing rather odd (especially when the Jp loged on) There were 8 pld my lvl lfg ...

But to rant just a bit more what I really dislike is the fact that people who I've been told by various people are sucky tanks.. seem to get Pts much faster than those few Pld who are actually really good...

Seem having friends is more important than being able to keep people alive...

If any of you guys understand this... Please tell me because I don't

I've seen tons of PLD around my level, seems far too many really. I mean, at any given time I can do /sea all 50-52 and at least 10-20% are Paladins, thats wrong IMO. Also, alot of them suck pretty hard >_>

I've met a lot of paladins out in my server and I can't say that I actually stuck around long enough to see how they tank (Tanking is an art, I think, of keeping hate, improvising when somebody throws in the Penta-thrust, etc.) but from friends and LS mates who talk about their paladins half of them don't hold aggression as well as they're told to do, the other half do. It's kind of a 50/50 thing that there are some good ones and some bad ones.

But Paladins in Caitsith don't dominate the classes Surprisingly it's Warriors and Monks, but then they're probably those players just getting started.

This is very true.. but you should know Japanese Paladins have played longer and their connections goes everywhere... which is why there is not many NA paladins around the lv70 range since lving gets rough if u know no one.

If you have tons of friends around your level that's good.. but even better make new ones by going into random parties or make one urself.

All you gotta do is maintain a good reputation and make friends along the way... and at some point it will be easier to get or make parties

I had the same problem at first, then i realized..YOU have to make YOUR own friends. You have to get into a party, and then tank your heart out and have a good personality too to make ppl like you..(thats what i do anyways) and the next day i get /tell's from all of them asking if i wanna join their party again, the past few days i've made a huge number of new friends just by showing them that i can tank as a taru pld/war better'n almost everyone in that zone...(my wealthyness makes me a good taru pld btw)
