I know we've all met some remarkable people who deserve mentioning, and of course some pretty unremarkable people as well. Post all those people you've come to love and hate and include some stories or reasons to help give the Ifrit forum some life. Cause it needs it...bad.

Gotta start with my LS mates

Ruune: Great guy, period. Uber at absolutely everything and freakin' great to be around. You've gotta love him :3

Aurataru: Mah lil' taru buddy, with me on the front lines as a DRG and on the back as a WHM. We're more or less inseparable, kinda like Starsky and Hutch, but less gay.

Brymph: TEH guy. Always full of subtle sexual innuendo and sarcastically fruity wisdom. But he’s a galka, which frightens me.

Skadi: Blonde, but in a good way I guess. But he’s a mithra, so I hate him, naturally. (kidding)

Poruga: Ruune's RL buddy. I didn't get to know him that well but he seems like a pretty awesome guy. He left though which is a shame.

Shezi: Aura's little brother in real life. He’s a mithra, but I forgive him for it.

And next all the people that I've met along the way.

The hume and the mithra ladies that helped me get my summoner ruby and my sub job items: Its a shame I can't remember their names, but these were the first people I met that made me realize not everyone outside my LS is a blabbering l33t idiot. I've never seen them since then, but its people like them that you shouldn't forget about.

Crimsonsan: Me, Aura, and Ruune met this guy when we were searching for RSE in ordelles. We welcomed him into our LS and spent the next week or two leveling. He's really a great guy, but he left our LS for Hokuten a few weeks later. I still see him around though and say hi, but he passed my BLM up with his RDM and we haven’t leveled since.

Viscica: Another youngin that started his FFXI life out in EG. Sadly, he left with several other members that parted ways because of a disagreement in the LS, which he wasn't directly involved in. He's a really fun guy though, and deserves noting.

John Paul: I don't really know him, but I see him everywhere and he was the only one on the whole server willing (or capable) of helping me with the papy quest. Like I said, people who are willing to spend their time helping you shouldn't go unnoted or forgotten.

The worst...

Yep, I've met plenty of 'tards along the way but only one who was blatantly mean. Let’s see...

Angrydeadguy: I can’t remember his real name, but he repeatedly trained gobs to us forcing our perma party to zone every time. After 4 or 5 times he finally died, and after the gobby had left we all decided to dance on his body and sit on his head. A little bit mean, but this guy took it really bad. He sent /t after /t calling me everything you'd imagine. Anyway, he was dead and we were alive so that at least was satisfying.

That's all, humor me and post some interesting reads.

for the best of ifrit are ppl who don't shy away from helping ppl who are always there to help out when needed. ppl who do the right thingsd and would stand up for friends etc.

for the worst is the greedy ppl who think of always themselfs or underhand others players for self gain. also ppl who just don't respond or help out because "I don't want to waste my time helping...." also gil gilsellers but hey everone hates gil sellers.

Orca is best he. gave me a crapload of money and he's nice. Lylia and Chyyari are great because their sex-talk is very entertaining in the LS's.

worst- Aeth, unfortunatly i had to party with this guy a few times and he was just anoying,
i got into a fight with him when our BRD left and he said RDM are useless pre-40 and we should wait for another BRD , he would always preach about jobs and stuff i couldnt listen to him

also Minisnake, i played with him in Valkrum a while back and still remember how in the middle of a fight he went fishing and fished up a pugil and got us all killed.

best- most of my LS

Ashanti-used to be in my LS and my freinds' static, retired PLD that gave me a bunch of gear for my WAR, havent seen her online in a while, she gave out a TON of stuff so im quessing she quit

Warlordtaru- helped me get Khazam Keys

Sephiroht- a person with a name like mine helped me get sub-job and bought me some gear when i was realy new Xp in Valkrum, he stoped playing too

The best people I've come across are my ls pals. I have my own LS, WanderinChocobos, and my friend gave me a LS, Rawrzs. Mine's not so big, but it's quality that matterz!

Gamefreak- I haven't seen him in a while, I hope he didn't quit, but me and him are long time pals, we knew each other at level 20 and would camp NM's together, that was before he became uber heh
Kathan- A great DRK and a great friend, we do alot of small talk, but occasionally we will do stuff together, has excellent money making strategies
Moatilliata- Moati!!! my friend who is soooo funny, VERY game smart
Flintmichael- Great Friend, was one of my best friends through my beginning days in the lvl 20 range, loves to craft and will occasionally make something for me
