Can someone please update this, with Usukane and Askar. I wan't to know if Askar Korazin owns Hauby+1 for TP gain on /War. I know most people say it does, but i just don't see it.
The double attack +2% is supposed to weigh up for Acc+12 and DEX+6. Sounds pretty rediculous to me...
