Does
anyone have a Ninja with a White Mage Sub?
Is it even a good idea? Im thinking of
doing it cuz SMN is just a waste of time and isent worth the furstration of all the stuff u
gotta do. Please let me know if its a good choice. Or what would be another one if Nin/Whm
isent a good idea. Thanx

Brabbit,
It seems as tho you are new to the Ninja occupation. The only time Nin/Whm
will work for you is when you are solo-ing your first 10 lvls and/or when you are just solo
-ing/farming in general. In parties past lvl 15 ppl will be expecting a ninja to have a war
sub, plain and simple fact. Ninja's are Tanks. They wern't ness. meant to be true tanks,
but its a sad fact. My main is a lvl 50 Ninja, and altho i like tanking, it would be nice
to be invited to a pt with a sub other than war, but that would never happen, it is just not
functional in a successful pt.
Sad but true, Ninja's can only succeed as tanks,
however in higher lvls i have noticed it is very difficult to keep agro esp. when you have
heavy hitters in yer pt like Drks, Drgs, Rngs, and Mnks. Oh well, we manage. ^^; The best
pt for ninja to be tank is having another voker and Thf to Trick off of you. This is the
most successful with a ninja tank. Sry for goin off on this tangent. GL being ninja. Altho
very very expensive to play, i think it is one of the more fun/interesting jobs in the game

why does
every post in this forum end in:
you have to be a nin/war.. BS IMHO I'm sure there
are other good combo's that will work in a group.. as long as the PT ldr is not as
braindead as most ppl saying : nin/war is all there is...
