Okay,

level 30 is approaching and I am going to do DRK quest when i get to that peak. For the DRK

quest, you have to kill 100 enemies with the sword that has 666 delay and just basically

sucks. People say that you should use a bow and hit the enemy to low hp then swing once or

twice for the kill to make it faster. The question I have is, my bow/arrow skill is at 1(

laughable) and I am wondering exactly which ranged weapon would be perfect for the

situation. Keep in mind these things: I do NOT want to kill it with the bow, simply get it

to low health, I do NOT want to hit it for 1 damage, I want it to have low enough hp after

the bow to finish it in 1-2 swings. If you are a DRK, put exactly what you used to finish

this quest below. It is greatly appreciated!

u need to kill the stuff with the sowrd or the kill dosen't count its a pain

but just kill worms and stuff right by bastok!

Had

gsword skill at 40(it was warrior i slacked..), wandered around bastok and trained every

living mob i could to me, 1 shotted tons of them over and over till i had over 120 dead (

just for that assurable quantity) and finished my quest, took under an hour.

warrior is sub-par... as mine was when I did that quest... sub BLM.

My warrior was

level 6 when I did the quest... leveled once while doing the quest... and its staied at

level 7 to this day ^^a

Why blm? They get stone at level 1. Cheap spell, easy on mp

... and it works well on those bees ^^

Cast it once on the bees outside bastok, swing

once or twice, move on. All your mp should be fully regenerated in 20-30 seconds... at least

mine did ^^a a level 6 war/blm doesn't get much mp ^^

well when

i did it when my warrior hit lvl 30, my great sword skill was at 0 i had never even held one

before but by the tim i finshed with the 100 kills, which ended up begin around 250 i think

because i didnt know where to go my great sword skill went up to 45 i think.

if your

warrior is at lvl 30 then with the strength that uoi have you wint have a problem killing

the mobs by bastok. but do not count the bees if they use final sting on you
