I think I have the record going now. I went into the Windhurst Mission Dragon just to cast Ancient Circle and leave (I had only my Battle Gloves, Tiger Stole, and Night Cape below the level cap). The group was a Black Mage, White Mage, Warrior, and Thief (he didn't have the key). Well they were one person short (he didn't get the key). I took the level 11 Doublet and Brais from the White Mage and distracted the Dragon while they got the searcher. I was still bare fisted fighting it (Dragoon/Thief so I had half Thief hand-to-hand skill) though I did have my wyvern helping me. When the searcher went down the Black Mage and White Mage were out of MP (I was still almost at full health). The Warrior provoked off me and got killed in one hit. The White Mage used benediction a second too late and cured about 20 HP on me (neither mage had gotten hit) so she didn't get hate since it cured so little. I bare fisted the dragon to death with the wyvern fighting with me. I killed it with Combo. I love Dragon Killer, that was the only way I managed to do that. The fight counter said 17 minutes in all to do the fight.

Thought I'd add I solo the Dragoon quest Dragon now (around level 45 it is rather easy). I've got a little kill tally on my Bazaar comment going since the search comment gets erased when you log off.

the dragoon that helped me kill the dragon was lvl 70 japanese player and he gave me free food.........he is my hero

Well you do have to consider the fact I was a) using Hand-to-Hand and the only one that could actually do anything after the searcher went down. Sure was fun though.

lol we took the windy dragon in les then a minute.....have you ever seen the dmg output on that thing with 3 mnks using 100 fists O_O

Wow.... 17 mins. to kill the Windurstian Dragon? With a party of 6 people (sll had subs and ranged from 24-25) we pwned the San d'Orian Dragon and Seacher in 2 minutes and 30 seconds (Titan record ;-) ]. First we put the searcher to sleep and used ALL of our 2 hours except me.... (im a whm with benediction), and once we killed the dragon in 55 seconds we killed the searcher in 25 seconds.... Then the movie sequences... which take up ur time record i guess....I didnt have to use Cure even once!

just an FYI ^^. i didnt beleive it myslef until i actually tried it out. The searcher will not attack until you actually touch it, so when you put it to sleep you just angaged the searcher ^^ just a stupid FYI but always good to know for future refrences

But the searcher will heal the Dragon.

When i got

the Giddeus dragon we first killed the searcher, then the dragoon! we did it realy fast, but

since we used long time before we actualy went out to get the dragon our timer got high..

Avatar battle I had with Garuda... ended up throwing down and tanking the Prime after the

PLD died ^^; That was a feat in itself because the WHM walked up next to me and used

Benediction o.o; But the BLM in the fight had just had an awful experience with Ifrit and

Ramuh about an hour prior to our fights... he had deleveled and was raised, safe in level,

but next death would delevel him again. He's a cool guy and all so I gave him my word I'd

keep it off him at any cost. Sure enough, PLD fell and the Prime went straight for the BLM.

It took a frenzy of Provoke and Pentas to get it away from him ; ; Then my health dropped

low from 2 critical hits and the WHM was forced to Bendiction.. how I held agro I don't

know ._.;;

Last time I act cocky before a Prime fight hehe ._.

Benediction really isn't all that much hate after awhile (the fact it is based solely on

the amount of HP it heals is why). I've gotten hate from just normal hits after a

Benediction from the Paladin who had kept hate. WHM didn't even get looked at.
