I dont understand MNK weapons. Right now, I have the Cesti+1:
Dmg +2 Delay+43. What does it add onto?

That adds onto your straight up fists. If you unequip your weapon as a monk and have high hand to hand, you still do pretty good damage. Those weapons just add a little more damage and most of the time an extra effect.

Why add +4 , because u r swinging with 2 hands ; +2 to each hand

So wouldn't it be +2 to Attack, as well?

The damage is added to your maximum possible damage per hit.
Base damage is something like 1/3 of your attack power, which ofcourse, say you have 300 attack, you won't be hitting everything for 100 damage, because you also have to check against their defense when you score a successful hit. And theres the fact that mobs take different damage from different weapons. Like Hand-to-Hand attacks are really effective vs. Skeletons(Which is why monks are treasured when doing mission 5-1,) but slightly poor against shelled creatures, like crabs.

I said stats, not estimated effect. This tells me nothing about my base delay and damage values. Yes, I can go out and see how much damage I do on average and somehow count the miliseconds between attacks, but I was hoping for something a bit more concrete.
EDIT: Sorry if I'm being bitchy. Note, Mood:Cranky. I'm just tired at work and I want to go home...

The opinion of a lvl 50 Monk... Buy the best mix of damage and accuracy. The delay wont make much difference.

my opinion....get +dmg before everything....ignore +delay....+accuracy is nice, +dmg is better...+dmg to counteract the fact that your damage is spread out over 2 hits..gotta make them count
