I just need to know, what you think about this combonation.

I have been told that most BST sub their WHM , but would it no be better to sub a warrior because of the voke ?
After all BST can use a Axe.

Just need to know what you all think

if u subbed warrior, then u have to change your tactics. Your play style will be completely different from that of Bst/whm.

I am currently using this combination of Bst/Warr, so I am there ^^ It will work for you if you preferred a more aggressive play style.

Note : always heal/rest while pet is fighting, so basically your downtime would not be much worse then a Bst/Whm. Get some gears which enhance hp regeneration and u will be as good if not better then Bst/Whm.

Subbing WHM reduces downtime significantly. I have no doubt that I could get by with BST/WAR, in fact it would be easier because my WAR is level 30 and my WHM is 8. I just do not want to deal with resting for long intervals, when I could cast 4 Cures and heal 100+ HPs. At level 16-18, when you have 300 or so HPs, and 30-50 MPs, your MP will regen much faster, and keep you resting less.

Bst is the true solo artist, hence the whm sub. Voke isn't an issue, who are you trying to draw hate from? Your pet? You can get more...^^ Plus paralyze and dia and the such can give you just enough of an edge to make things nice...

i guess i should point out my bst is 19, so at least it's not zero for my comments. tongue.gif i should be getting back to it right after i finish genkai. :
