i'm a warrior on lvl 9 going on 10 where are the best places around sandy that i can level up fairly fast

Orcs in Ghelsba are good, both good XP and crystals (not to mention the nominal gil drops). You just have to watch for linking aggro. La Theine can be done, though those Saplings hit harder than you'd expect. Basically, pre-15, find fights that check as Decent Challenge and you should be good. An Even Match is do-able as a Warrior, but you definitely want to be prepared beforehand, particularly with Orcs (in my experience).

Hey i'm level 9 as well. But I go deep in La thien because every thing i have is +1.
i have a friend that is level 54 and he'll synthesize ever thing I have because HE'S my friend.lol.

Sorry I'm levle 10 i just turned level 10 yesterday.lol.I've been level 9 for a long time i keep on dieing when i try to go to gelsba fortress. But i stoped.lol

Here is what I do..

1 ~ 12 Solo

12 ~ 20 Valkrum. Why nowhere else? Because EVERYBODY is here. You will probably have better luck findign here than parties in some cave in the grotto that noobs dont even know about or have maps to. Lizards at 12-14. 15 - 17 train snips damselflys. 18 -20 Pugs and snips.

20 ~ 24 Quifm. Just another popular place. Snippers and worms, maybe even some giants at 23-24.

24 ~ 28 Yuhtunga Jungle. Mandras are easy, right near to zone and Kazham.

28 ~ 30 Yhoator Jungle. I suggest taking a chocobo down there because I can assure you, you WILL die . Unless you knwo your way around and bring alot of things with ya. If you dont when you hit 30 I suggest you get some backup xp so on your attempt to run back and you die you are safe.

30 ~ 34 E. Altepa Take on sand Beetles. At 34 you can chain beetles and Anticans.

Go into La Thiene, and kill anything and everything DC.

OR in La Thiene, learn the ropes of a 6 person party around the lake killing thickshells.
