TH reward is only a myth on the eggs your talking about. Someone got and then got a lucky night of farming and low and behold, "these give TH" pfft.

Initial straight 8 is probably referring to abcdefgh, any 8 letters in a row. Last year it had nothing to do with what your name was.

I know events are cool and everything, but i dont see why i should hunt down eggs to get a fortune egg when it gives practically +1mp ontop of the item in my throwing slot.

10% would be too godly, if you had 1000mp that would be 100mp in the throwing slot.

1% of 1000 is 10 though, and thats 5 more mp than you get with Holy Ampulla .

Initial 8 = First letter of your char name then consecutive letters in the alphabet. If your name is Dyire, then it's DEFGHIJK.

The 7 one is 7 of the same letters.

The 'initial 8' is 8 consecutive letters starting with the first of your char name. So for me initial 8 would be D E F G H I J K, since my char name is Dekar. Last year this got you the Happy Egg the first time you did it and a Lucky Egg (which was later changed to a Fortune Egg) the 2nd time you do it.

Guys im new to this event and I've not been playing a year yet and was wondering if the first turn in is the first three letters of your characters name and I turn those in how do I get a combination of 8+ when my character only has 5 letters? I mean is there an exception?

Don't flame me I was just tring to understand the quest thats all.
