^I'm not sure, but I think these weapons are meant for Dynamis. Meaning that they have a different name, stats, and (maybe) appearence in the normal world, but when you enter Dynamis, that all changes. I know there are some pieces of armor and weapons like that, but I think these are like that, too. For example, in the normal world, the Ragnarok is known as Valhalla and has different stats, but when you enter Dynamis it changes to Ragnarok and gains those stats and allows you to do it's weapon skill. Don't take my word for it, though. I just relaying what I've been told.

Yet, in this one screenshot, it is obvious that a NIN is performing the same WS.

It could be that these WS may just work if you use the appropiate Job as sub? (but then again; aren't the Weapons themselves designed for certain Jobs? x_x). I'm very confused!

That's most likely a Ranger with a Ninja sub, don't know how you've never seen one of them before ^^

The armor that he is wearing does not resemble any NIN armor out there, but resembles RNG Dynamis Armor.

first off you need to read that you have to go to

Second...
If you sub ranger....no matter what level...you get the bow weapon skills as long as the Main job can GET that high. my war/rng had dulling arrow at 30/15 when I used to hunt rams with it....so you just have to make sure the MAIN can get the skill that high and isn't gimped for bow.

From what I hear, the weapons start in the "original form" such that you can only use the WS in Dynamis, but when upgraded into their ultimate forms, you can use the WS anywhere.
