Stuff useful for a lvl 13 Galka Mnk that is around 7k gil ? It can be rings, earrings, belts, or weapons... No armor... What is good for a lvl like myself?

Wait until level 14 and buy Amethyst or Balance Rings. You need that DEX boost.
Your belt should be your White Belt or, if you feel like having the VIT because you're getting hit, a Warrior's Belt.
Bastokan Knuckles will be your best friend until Cougar Baghnaks at level 20.
Earrings... are not something to stress about. Bone is ok, but there aren't many worth having at your level.

how much and what lvl are u suppose to be to get the Bastokan Knuckles.

they lvl 15 i believe and cost about 12k? im not sure
