Is that to say that phantom Tathlum's 2int is going to reduce more magic damage taken vs 2MDB? or its more of a , it will reduce "some" magic damage while allowing you to swap ammos for other ammos depending on the action used while not losing any TP at the same time?

Im just curious as it might be something I might do depending on your response. I havent calculated how much damage 2int would reduce so Im just asking to find out.
