I bought the Wyvern Helm, quite some time ago. I got the Heca Cap afterwards. Keeping the Helm, because A) it's hawt, and I'll use it on my RNG.

Twiz. Is it because you get the latent from the rune axes which activate by having mp and conversely the gaudy harness gives you a refresh effect (must have mp to trigger the latent)? Gives you regen, +10 atk, and two decent damage axes.

Ding ding ding, you got it, i don't know if anyone else out there uses it, there is only 2 ppl on caitsith that use it and i'm one of em. you get like a 10hp tick per second ^^ and you only need one tick of mp, so for every mpyou get back you get 10 hp ^^
