Well technically you don't "need" to have 10 more StoreTP with /sam, as that would give you 25 StoreTP for TP and WS(with rose strap since you don't want to change grips for WS because you'll lose TP).
The least amount of StoreTP that you need for Naglering 6hit build(5hit rebuild after WS) is: 23 StoreTP for TP, and 22 StoreTP for WS...so that is just /sam, the standard rajas ring + brutal earring, and either chivalrous chain + ecphoria ring or attila's earring + echphoria ring for TP........and to get the 22 Store TP for WS, it would be /sam, rajas, brutal, and attila's earring.
(The attila's earring + echphoria ring combo for TP is only if you have and want to use peacock charm or prudence torque on your neck slot and/or if you have some nice augments on attila's earring, since it is possible to augment attila's earring)
Just throwing that out there in case someone didn't have a rose strap because he/she still doesn't have the medal/rank or w/e... it is still possible to 6hit Naglering without rose strap, and the setup I mentioned above will be the best way to do it with no Rose Strap...but yes, I agree....once you get Rose strap, 10 StoreTP as /sam is all you need....so just Rajas, brutal, and rose strap will do it for Naglering.
Next, for Perdu sickle with same delay of 501, you would need same thing.... 23 StoreTP for TP and 22 StoreTP for WS but this is for a "true 6hit" with Perdu sickle, which allows you to go from 0 to 100% TP in 6hits, and then after WS it will allow you to get back to 100% TP in 5 hits, thus a true 6hit build/5hit rebuild.
Furthermore, a true 6hit build/5hit rebuild is necessary with Naglering because GS's best 2 WSs are 1 hit; however, in the case of Scythe's WSs Guillotine(and insurgency) which are 4 hits, you actually get higher TP returns on WS, that is, you get 13.6 TP(with a 501 delay weapon) on the first hit of Guillotine and all the other hits give 1 TP returns but this is without adding in StoreTP which not only affects TP returns on the first hit of a WS but also affects TP returns on the extra hits as well.
For example, using Perdu sickle with 21 StoreTP for TP and 21 StoreTP for WS(/sam, brutal, rajas), after a WS you will get a TP return of 20(it is also possible to get 21-22 or so TP returns on WS but that is with a double attack proc), landing all 4 hits of the WS, then for TP it's 13.6X.21 +13.6 = 16.4TP X5hit = 82 TP, 20TP from WS and then 82 from 5hits = 102 TP. Additionally, if you land at least the first 3 WS hits(can miss one guillotine hit except the first WS hit), it will be 82TP for 5 melee hits + 18.8 from WS TP = 100.8 TP...so that will still put you at 100% TP.
In other words, you can actually just have 21 StoreTP for TP and 21 StoreTP for WS with Perdu sickle, and you will have a 5 hit rebuild after WS, as long as you land at least 3 hits on your WS(must land the first hit and 2 others. If you miss the first hit of the WS and land the last 3 then it won't work because the first hit of the WS gives the most TP return).
This is not a true 6hit build/5hit rebuild because going from 0% TP, it will take you 7hits to 100%, then 5hits to get back to 100% TP, but you can only miss 1 hit on your WS, if you miss more than 1 hit it breaks your X-hit build. For most things it should not be a problem to land 3+ hits on guillotine and you almost never start at 0%TP due to meditate though...so its not bad but it is not a "true 6hit build."
As for DRK job specific merits... I personally did: Last resort recast 5/5, last resort effect 5/5, Dark Seal 1, Diabolic Eye 5/5, and Desperate Blows 4/5. Also scythe 8/8, GS 8/8, crit hit rate 4/4, etc etc....
