tethlis is right, thats what I used to do... old school FM was a group of ego-absorbed, greedy people (vast majority of them)... they caused more drama and broke up friendships (not just a few of mine) because of their terms and way of play.

being apart of the first generation of NA, I was friends with most people but I severed these friendships due to my temper and regard to loyalty. this is why some of the first generation players don't like me because I used to be bossy and tempermental. I didn't think it was worth it to be friends who played in certain way.

my reactions were uncalled for most of the time, but old-school FM players, used whoever they could and would dump all their friends just to get ahead and join FM.

most of the people who visit this forum have no clue who tethlis is since he was before their time. Tethlis and I met when we were leveling our first jobs at 30, we became friends and helped each other out a few times, we made a good leveling pair (him drk, me whm). Tethlis went ahead to join several upcoming LS' which he thought would advance him in the game, while I stayed behind in my ls, still making progress at the same rate as him. our friendship hit the rocks a few times as he did a few things i didn't like, but we'd always give it another chance. he eventually joined fm, which i couldn't stand at the time and this upset me as he closed his own ls and left mostly all his friends behind.

i didn't want to be tethlis' friend if he was in such an ls, so i gave him the ultimatums, which he sometimes would say hes leaving but never really intended on it. i still strung along for a ride as we'd talk everyday. despite his personality, he was a very good player who spent the same amount of time playing the game as I did. things just didn't work out. before he quit the game, we became semi-friends again and i lended him an emps hairpin which he never returned and claimed i never gave to him. my fault, I shouldn't have trusted him.

tethlis was a good player and part of me misses him (he often mentions gay jokes that we would fool around w/). but also, a part of me is glad that him, along with the rest of oldschool FM, is gone.

Who woulda thought Cryptik could get back into the swing of P-Drama so quickly. But yeah, til this thread dies, I'll just state the opinion that I don't care. This thread is stupid, and I wish it were locked. (Not that it would matter, because the drama whore would just start another thread and another thread and another thread for fear of being lost and forgotten in the purgatory of being a true nobody and useless individual unless his name is constantly mentioned)

I still want this thread locked. That is because it is about Pergo, who is by and far pretty much at the top of my list of things I don't even care to hear about. That's how useless he is. That my day would be better if he would just...go away.
