How To Post Pictures on the Forums
1) You first need to host the photos on the internet somewhere. There are a few different places to do this, but not all of them are free. see: "Where To Host Pictures" below

2) Once you have your pictures hosted somewhere you need to get the URL that points to the picture you want to post. If you do not know how to go to. see: "How to get picture URL from Web Page"

3) Now you need to place the URL between the IMG tags and it should look just like this example...
CODE
[img]http://websiteurl.com/image.jpg[/img]

Where To Host Pictures
Here are some free image hosts where you can upload your images. All of them are free of charge and the only one that requires an account is photobucket.

free site to host images, only 20 max though and only jpeg images. The good thing is that there is unlimited hotlinking.

I have a small question about the images, and I didn't think it was necesarry to make another thread for it. How do you make your images so large?? Some are such great quality, and so nice and big, I want to know how to get my images that big. When i take a screenshot from the game, this is the size I get:

Is there any way to make the size bigger? I have a 128 Geforce videocard, so I dont think thats a problem. Please help!

Avatars are easy, just take a pic, cut and paste till it's 100x100 then upload it. Sometimes you gotta try twice.

How do you make pictures for an avatar 100x100? Is there a certain program you use? I tried "Paint," but that just cuts away the picture except for one corner.

Someone please enlighten me, and thanks in advance.

Feonin, you need a better picture editing program to resize the picture. I use painshop pro.

Any picture program has resize except paint really.

All you do is open your picture in say, Pain SHop Pro.

Go to th Image list at the top. Select resise. Put in 100 in both slots if you want to make an icon. It will shrink the picture down. But what I reccomend, because shhrining is bound to distort an image, the bigger it is, the more distortion, you crop or cut off parts of the picture you don't want first, then resize it.

Sor an avatar you don't need to upload it, just go to profile and under avatar hit the Browse button and find your picture in there.

For large nice screenshots, don't ask me. ><

You do need a picture host for screenshots, a lot have been posted already. Just upload them to the site and use the code listed to post them.

Cirse, go to Navigator in your POL and go through there to files and your screen shots should be there. What I do is attatch them to mail (you can attach 5) and then e-mail them to myself and save them to my computer that way.

Hope this helps.

So, take a peek at one of my screens.
