Can anyone post some info/link about this here? I'm planning to do it later today with my BST's friends and want to know exactly what i'm up against.

you shouldnt waste your seals on this. Get to level 40 and do it with 3 bsts subbed WHM, a pally, a RNG, and a bard.

Why not? The drops are pretty good ~ the wyvren earring goes for about 50k + so thats pretty nice - i want it too 
and the belts are pretty bad ~ but gil is gil. I also heard that it can drop the new thunder element ~ perfect because I only got carny atm 
I'm already planning to do this ~ no doubt ~ so don't try and convince me not to. I just want a heads up on what I'm facing first.

you can get earth spirit in Norg for like 500 gils.. only carby and earth spirit for now..

Ok did BCNM 30 4 times ~ won 3 of them. The one in pal mines is 3 birds, two named norman and one named macha. Macha has dispelga. Normans are tameable (but about as hard to tame as jelly's so be prepared to not charm it for first few tries) BST's can own this IF they charm normans on first try - if they don't your likely to have a person die.

I did bcnm 30 in Ghelsba today (2 Lizz, one brown one grey, I think the grey was a bit stronger)
We tried with THF, DRG, and RDM... we were slaughtered all 3 times, So I can't exactly offer a winning strategy
Our major problems... NIETHER of the lizzys would sleep for more than a few seconds, my THF. as I found is utterly worthless in these 3-man parties, and we just plain weren't doing enough damage... did I mention the damn things won't sleep?
Does anybody have any links to strategies for these new BCNMs?

i advise not trying BCNM 30 in Giddeus
Bitosi copies your cures and Cure 2s with Cure 3s on itself
also silence wont work neither will most other Enfeebleing
its got TONS of HP
and sleep only lasts for about 10secs
and the BST trick WONT work because there is only 1 monster in their
