And the drama goes on, altho nice to see that 2 LS's now try to work together, maybe it will cause less drama (doubt it tho) and Cerberus will become a nicer place again, maybe nice enough so it would be a solid reason to start play FFXI again since SE fails to bring good enough content to keep me playing

Any chance for less drama is good IMO, even if it is still political, and if drama would occur, hopefully it would then be inside those two ls's, instead of bringing everyone into it *cough KI cough*

thanks everyone for the kind words. i am very humbled to say the least.

regardless of what anyone says about the team up of WW and PM, it has been very refreshing. Everyone has kept their word and there has been no **** talking between our LS's. It's a nice change. I would sell my soul for the peaceful existance that has been created 'cause FFXI feels like a game again, not a job. I get to fight along old friends like Granto, Weedeater, Potcaster, and Lizzie just to name a few that previous were always kept seperated from me because of LS drama. (although Granto hasnt been there yet ; ; )

And whatever about all the bashing that went on, this is what confucion was asking for, HNMLS's to work together, now its happening. so w/e keep bashing confu 'cause it makes him better, but at least he's been honest about everything.

I guess the drama kept me from saying congrats.

Beatnik has always been on the top of my 'favorite person not in the same LS' list, if that makes any sense, so i was really happy to hear that he got it.

oh & real life prevents me for being there for FF/NH pops except on the weekend. And then i usually play golf once a weekend, so I'll be there for 1.... If I wake up in time.

Poor balakir lol, at least Sturm didn't get it and quit FFXI the next day.

This is only happening because you found the ls with the 'faster' voke. Otherwise there would be no 'working together'.

Tell it how it is, WW has been marketing to not only PM. They invited YF, I imagine LostXP, etc to do the same things. We had a few members fight along with WW one day, and I greatly appreciate that, as I took it as a learning experience. I think one of our drks actually got e.hands or some abj like that. However, I don't speak for my ls, most have quietly disapproved in one form or another of teaming up for FF. This is simply to keep it out of KoN's hands as well, so WW doesn't have to be fully staffed at every window. Who knows, I'm sure if Fowler was able to round up folks in the middle of the day, it would be her with the M.Body, or Maury from LostXP, or /gasp a Crusader paladin.

This is not bashing WW at all, I'm callin it as I see it. We still have plans to do a few dynamis with WW, which sounds like fun. We even went and tried to kill that HNM Ram a couple of times with them.

Aside from that, congratulations Beat, well deserved.

Because of this, it's now a race to the fastest bot. It's far from a long-term, fair, solution.

Out of all the posts here that one coming from you stood out Thrilla : p
Like you said you don't camp fafnir, so all your assumptions make you look like a troll.
Even kon knows if they could, they would -have- to camp everyday just to get the items they need from FF/NH. Out of all the time we camped we got 1 Ridill, and only 3 have dropped in the entire time we have been camping: ww got one, kon got one, and pm got one. For example of why if you miss just one fafnir you can lose the item your trying to get: lately when we stopped camping for just 1 day, PM got a Ridill from fafnir. If we would have been teamed up before I think we would of been sharing those 3 ridills just between pm and ww.

You don't know exactly when Nidhogg's going to pop so you have to make sure your there everday. That pretty much shows why either we make sure to have enough people on to kill fafnir everyday, or we split up people between pm and ww and share drops and get those extremelly rare items.


Sorry to say this in this thread, but it's going to get old if people not in ww or pm don't think outside the box.

I find it less of a headache myself. Its nice to know atleast 2 of the top NA lses can get alone with each other for the greater good . Hell nvr know maybe down the road will move onto bigger things like fight vrtra^^.

I don't have to be in either pm or ww to know what you proposed to my ls...so my observations are from personal experience...

I don't really care about your ridills or m. body's or w/e, I think you are missing the point.

Your ls has set a precedent, that is my point.

So I guess if we ever want to camp FF we gotta either adhere to this or find another way to level the playing field.

mmhmmm. Usually after the first m. body you get, they drop like crazy. I was in line for m. body for like 4ish months and it never dropped. When mine finally dropped, we got it again like 3/4 of the next Nidhoggs. :|

The only way to actually lvl the playing field would be for everyone to turn off their bots, put back in darters, and do it the old fashioned way. Will anyone do this? No... not a chance when you can win pop pretty much 100% by flipping a switch. :dontgetit
