Azimuth Circle Issue

We have recently identified a technical issue with regards to the ongoing "Azimuth Circle" event. When selecting a certain checkpoint, a player will recieve a message "You cannot obtain the item." and be unable to obtain the Doll.
We are in the process of investigating the issue and recovery operations are underway. We hope to resolve this issue as soon as is possible. Thank you for your patience.

If you recieve the errant message, please wait awhile and try selecting the checkpoint again.

I called GM about that last night because it wasn't letting me pick up the doll...had tried to pick it up for about 2 minutes before I gave up and called GM.

10 seconds after I called, I was able to pick it up again. (then i had nothing to tell the GM when he contacted me 15 minutes later ~,~; )

You can only turn in 1 item per day. other than that is shouldn't take over 2 minutes to find the items.

Either you get the items or not is random. My first try I got the gilet, then 3 choco tickets later(3hrs) and the extra day to wait, i got the trunks. Either way you wait several hours to get them..

I really don't think its random. I did it 6 times in a row... 4 on main character, 2 on mule. Each time I made sure it was a new zone, and I never got choco tickets. My friends all did it 4 times in a row and go their +1s as well. Just make sure you go to a new zone each time.

Swimwear event is too easy, what I have to ask is about scoopage...

I muled about 60 points worth of goldfish to my mule, does the goldfish bowl remember the karma? When you try to get a new bowl he does mention "resetting" karma, so yea.. Am I going to have to recatch the fish or what? Thanks >.>;

This may have been answered already, I apologize. I have both NQ pieces from Sandoria, and want the HQ (gonna do it in windurst). Once I get an HQ piece, can I toss the matching NQ immediately? Or should I wait to get both HQ first before tossing the NQ. I have very low inventory space, so this is pretty critical for me...

Edit: answered my own question. No you can't toss the NQ.. and if you have both HQ and toss NQ, then you get NQ instead of chocobo tickets. Talk about lame.

When I got my HQs, I tossed the corresponding NQ right after...

i.e.
I received NQ bottom.
I received NQ top.
I received HQ bottom.
I tossed NQ bottom.
I received HQ top.
I tossed NQ top.

the goldfish bowl (equipment) stores how many goldfish points you have (I had about 10~ points left over from last year)

If you toss your NQ equipment aftergetting HQ, you'll get them back as soon as you do the event more, so if you want more choco tickets, keep your NQ and HQ :x

Maybe Im thinking of something completely different, but I think I remember someone, at some point before the events began posting about Sunbreezefest being a 3 part deal. The first being goldfish scooping, the second Azimuths circle, and the third being a game where you run and try to tag an animal or something? I think someone posted it because of the info they found in .dat files, so is this event still coming or is it an entirely different event, or am I just crazy?
