Anyone know if they changed the time on him cus ive people said they made it 2 hours but i just spent 2 hours there and nothing can anyone tell me for a fact they keep it the same or lowerer it? thanks

2hrs? I wish, no way in hell they would make it that low even if it is rare/ex. It is still a VERY good piece of gear.

Do BCNM instead with friends, that is not a 21-24hr "respawn" with chance to only get Leech King, however as with the NM, not 100% drop either

Would guess on the lv30-40 BCNM's, happy hunting and hope you have good friends

Apparently it's either extremely rare or not-a-drop from the bcnm40 hecteyes.

It does drop fropm the BC40 Hect-Eyes.
A few JP Did it on my server we watched them come out with them in their bazaar.
The problem is that it took them around 10 tried to get 1 Charm. And its not exactly the easiest of BCNM's as only BRD can sleep the Hecteye Mobs and the Main NM Casts Breakga....
About the only thing that can do this is 3xBST and even then thats still a tough fight.
