Drops off beetle. Once you find the Mushroon NM room, take a left and enter a small vally, waters edge is near there. There are ??? near trees, from 20:00-4:00 trade Honey to the trees, then at 4:00 click onthe trees. A beetle will be stuck and pop on you. I do not know the level or drop rate of this Forced spawned NM, one went up on the ah. and since the NMs over lv 45ish, with well over 5k hp at least, i was the first to buy it on Kujata for 10k hope this helps.
