OK, from what i understand, this Chariot whatever orc NM is replaced after you kill Orcish Panzer, another NM. As soon as you kill Orcish Panzer, either an Orcish Fighter will immediatly spawn under your claim or the NM will. This NM drops a lvl 19 sword that gives acc+2. I have the pos, and ive got the panzer once. Its been...probably almost 2 hours now and no sign of panzer again. Anyone know Panzer's pop time, chance ot NM replacing Panzer, and what placeholders to kill? Im just killing everything for sure...

LMAO I just thought of something.....what if the new NMs have a respawn condition. The person who spawned and killed it last has to leave the zone for X amount of hours before it'll respawn? Sorta an anti-monopolization tactic by SE.
Not likely, just a funny thought that I'm sure isnt the case but is humerous if it were true.
