Me and my friends decided to go after more new NMs, for now I'm just adding one NM that I did solo, but will add more NMs(Assuming they havent been addressed already) later on as we track and kill!
Edacious Opo-opo Pop/Claim
You know how it is. You're bored, theres a new update. New NMs. You want to go kill some. I'm browsing the new list and the Opo-Opo catches my eye, so me and a friend head to Yhoatar. At K-10 theres a ??? by the little pond. You ahve to trade a LOT of Pamamas to the ???. I must have traded around 12 stacks. (You can get them from a NPC to your right as soon as you get off the Airship in Kazham. 88g each) After trading enough Pamamas, this NM pops claimed to you.
Duo'd with a close call by Hobbester 72 WAR/NIN and Raikarr 60 BLM.

He hits kinda hard, as you can see, WAR almost got eaten if it werent for that lucky Utsusemi and my Stone III. He is not resistant to magic at all it seem, as all my spells were doing great damage. I'd say he has about 3000 HP or so(Probably more, my math sucks). WAR used Mighty Strikes, and I nuked. Hard. Killed him pretty quick, and he almost did the same to us. ;D He would have ripped me in half if tank died. >.> Anyway, thats it. If you have any questions about the NM I'll try to answer. o.o

Dosetsu Tree No Pop/No Claim
We also tried camping Dosetsu Tree, which supposedly drops the Raikiri GKatana, but had no luck. I'd imagine the spawn requiremtn has something to do with thunder wearther, but I dunno. Cant see a tree NM popping in Qufim. >.> We camped him for a couple hours then went after the monkey.
Mycophile Pop/Claim
I went after this one solo, because Hobbes was off to ENM. First, before you go after him, you need one of each shroom(Dance/Woozy/Sleep). Then go to the Jugner Forest entrance of Carpenter's Landing, like you're heading to Orctrap spawn area. At I-11 theres a small cirlcle room with a few beetles and a ???. Trade the three shrooms to the ??? and Mycophile, NM Funguar, pops automaticly in your claim. He was kinda weak, but was still able to take me down into the yellow HP, I had to Drain him a couple times. I nuked with my tier 2 spells and a couple tier 3 and he died. This guy definitly has low HP, I'm not making a guess this time though becuase I dont think I fully realize how much the damage piles up over time. >.> Anyway. He casted Poison and Bio on me, but never anything other than that. As for TP moved, he used Dark Spore twice. I'm sure he has the other shroom moves, but thats all he used on me. Since he casts spells he can be Aspir'd if you find yourself in a pinch. Like I said, not that challenging, but I'm 60, so people under 50 might have a more difficult fight, not sure. I think I covered everything.. So now for the pictures!
More to be added later, I'm currently going after the Hurcules Beetle, also in Carpenter's Landing. Slightly trickier than the shroom though.
Hercules BeetleNo Pop/No Claim
Wow, this guy is fun. D: I havent been able to pop him yet, but here's what you need to do.. First you need Honey. I'd get a stack of it just to be safe. Then, once again, head Carpenter's Landing, Jugner entrance, like you heading to Orcrap. Once you're out of the tunnels, there will be a giant rock in front of you, with trees around it. At night (I think 18:00) ???s will appear on three of the trees, trade 1 jar of honey to a tre, or all of the trees. I dont know if either situtation ruins your chances any more than the other.. Anyway, you MUST trade the honey before 4:00. After 4:00 you can start checking you honey to see if you "caught" the beetle. So far, I've had 2/2 unsuccessful pops, the first time trying 1 tree, the second time trying all 3 trees. I tried checking at different hours (4, 5, 6, they disappear at 7) and still no beetle. I'll try again with this guy later on, I think now I'm going to try that new Orc in Jugner.
