i'm not kidding about repop times. i camped the orc nm outside of davoi and yag nm outside castle oz and i can confirm that it is not a lottery, but on a 21-24h timer

my second meteormauler kill came about 24h after kill1
yag popped about 23 hrs after i killed meteormauler; yag repopped just over 21 hours later

killing beastmen outside the zones does not influence the pop of the nm

i gone 1/2 on meteormauler; 0/2 on coo; and i have yet to put my hands on the quadlav

Yeah, because we all know that the last thing that a RDM & BLM wants are MND/INT/MP on an unused item slot... Can use this with +INT/+MND wands. This is the best item for the 'sub' slot until Elemental Staves at 51...

oh yesh, one thing that i forgot to add in that post, i was using a Meat Mithkabob and i was still hitting it for ~50 damage, ~75 for crit hits, so yeah it has really high def. just thought you should know
