A lot of people may know this but Urypi, but it's the NM bat that drops Vampire Cloak and other various Vampire Gear. Like most of his gear, he also is stronger at night time.
I had killed him two days in a row, approached for my third time. This time it was during the night and got wtfpwned. He spawns outside of the Riverne Site entrances. Every 21-24 hours, I believe. Good luck to whoever camps it. If he pops at night, wait...you wont regret it.
