My brother recently reinstalled FFXI and PlayOnline on his comupter. The game would randomly freeze up on him some times so he tried to uninstall and reinstall everything but now when he gets into PlayOnline and then tries to get on FFXI, this pops up:

"Terminated as error ocurred in Final Fantasy XI. This application does not recognize the current operating system. (-1)"

He's using Windows XP and his processor is an AMD 3200 XP+. I don't understand why this is coming up when he used to be able to get into the game before.

I can't find any information on this anywhere (and S.E.'s support page is quite lacking in their knowledge base). You may just have to contact S.E. via their support site.
