Does anyone know the exact respawn? I know it changed in one of the updates and its not 21-24 anymore. I've been hearing either 16-24 hours after ToD or 24-36 hours. Anyone actually know?

I'm kind of confused about what people mean when they put an upper bound on the spawn times of these NMs. If no one kills the placeholders, the lottery can't take place and they won't pop. What happens then?

Anyway I camped it once at 21-26 or so after death with no luck, I've heard 18+ from a Japanese guy so I'd go with that also. He just said 18+, meaning you don't get a chance until 18 hours but there's no guarantee how long you'll be sitting there either.

My experience when camping the Western Shadow was that they spawned as a lottery after the 21 hour mark. One thing I've found, though, they're highly unreliable, particularly after a server reset.

If I was to get the death time, and it's say... an 18-24hr lotto, and no one killed a placeholder from the 18th hour through the 24th hour, would it become a force pop thereafter?
