you can take it from the music folder of ff and convert it to mp3

get a program called
FFXI music converter 0.04
press button Bgw>Wav
go to
PlayOnlineSquareEnixFINAL FANTASY XIsound2winmusicdata
select the music190 and convert it to wav ^-^ then if you want mp3 get a wav>mp3 converter
