....no.

Grab the windower for TP.
Open your ini, find what the console button is, all that good stuff, go ingame, hit the console button, then type in (minus quotes) "Load "TParty"". Make sure to "Unload "TParty"" before shutting down ffxi.

And it's "parser"- not "panser."
