Starting on Tuesday August 15th, VinDiesel will be holding public dynamis city raids. You have to be lvl 65+ and be rank 6 w/ dynamis key item. To get the key item u have to zone into Xarcabard and get a cut scene and then examine any trail markings in any of the cities to recieve another cut scene and a key item.
