:dontgetit Ok so I bought a homing ring...hoping to use for OP, but how does it actually work o.O Is mine actually broken? I let it turn blue in inventory then try to activate, and it starts to activate then stops -.- has anyone had this problem?

First you have to do the outpost warp quests etc. Then the ring will work....so ya its garbage.

Where were you standing? Because it takes you to the outpost in the region you're currently standing in (as long as you did the supply run to that region's outpost).

And yes... it's basically a waste of Conquest points.
