POL-1160 during installation

I'm installing Final Fantasy XI on my new laptop, and I keep getting the POL-1160 error whenever I go to download the latest version of the POL Viewer. My connection to the internet is fine.....any idea what's going on?

i have this same thing, im on pc, my friend has been gettin it when tryin to log on, not sure what it is, ill let ya know if i find anything out

Just pol server errors...give it a few days and try again.
