I am reinstalling FFXI, and I get this error every time while the installer is loading up... Afterwards it says "Internal Error"

I have been to SE and they only tell me to reformat, which isn't an option because Dell didn't ship a window's cd with my computer ^^; None of the resource cds seem to have anything of use either... I have tried a registry cleaner, and totally erased any traces of POL or FFXI, but FFXI still won't install (POL installed fine and is now running perfectly). Any suggestions?

Uninstall it all go to my computer program files and make sure the folder itself "Playonline"is gone. Try to reinatall, the point is make sure that none of the pol viewer or ffxi files ae on your pc at all before you reinstall.

Yeah, I did that when I took it out of my registry as well. X.x There were no registry keys to speak of or any files on my hdd. ><
