lol i call the kid gimp for many reasons and yes idfc what ya'll say ruby rings are gimp Triumph > Flame rings too especially if you use obw Triumph are the better endgame ring for most rngs. Also i call him gimp cause hes been talkin his big talk for such a long ass time you would think the kid was 75 like a year ago but hes not. For some1 who puts people down and talks his talk lvl 73 is gimp.

sam/rng ftw....now to get my sam 7 more lvls and capp archery then we will see who does more dmg.....over a time frame of course........ and i nead to get rng 6 more lvls well 13 but 6 for now.

I tried rng/sam... didn't work out too well.

Get too much hate. So I ended up waiting for my SC partners to get TP.

At the end, I didn't use Meditate 80% of the time.

Pretty sad. Overall in my experience, /nin is still the way to go for exp parties.

If you want to play that game, then:

2598 sidewinder to decorative weapon. e-bow, /WAR, yellow curry. Screenshot was lost in reformat...but it's not exactly hard to hit them for that hard with a good gear setup and BRD.

Can you post your exact gear during that Sidewinder? I'm only hitting WS in the 1800-2000 range (without PPA) using /WAR, acc gear, curry and BRD. I was lacking STR+ gear and only had +25 at that moment, but there was room for +12 to 16 more STR in there.

I'm a tad puzzled, that 12 to 16 STR couldn't possibly translate into an extra 600-800 damage can it? Just wondering what factors were involved when you pulled off that bad boy.

Gear:
Flame Staff, E-Bow (lent), Kabura Arrow, Wyvern Helm, Ranger's Necklace, Minuet Earring, Triumph Earring, Osode, Seiryu's Kote, Flame Ring, Behemoth Ring, Amemit Mantle+1, Jungle Sash, Scout's Braccae, Savage Gaiters.

Total +STR after food was around the +45-ish range? I'm not too sure. BRD was singing Minuet III + IV, the mob was debuffed with acid bolts and dia II (standard fare for these PT's), and berserk was up. The difference in osode and no osode post-patch seems to be about 300 damage on WS's in those PT's, but I honestly can't say for certain as i've only done it once or twice since the patch.

nara's right its possible to get 2500+ on D.weapons.

I hit these on Aura Weapons tonight.
I used Ninja sub, Yellow Curry, +51 STR, Ebow with Kabura Arrows





Fairly impressive for Ninja sub.
With War sub, PPA, And killing D.weapons ...pulling off a 2500 is very possible.

Almost-innate protect IV sucks for chaining. I've found that I can hit sidewinders higher than I used to post-patch, but the accuracy is definately too lacking for my prefrences. I'll hopefully have light gorget soon to see how it works out; if it fixes the accuracy "problem" on sidewinder, it'll make STR-stacking that much more viable.
