Yeah, it's just a fashion shot. Use bolts when and if you can. If you can't, don't. On some really hard mobs, even +110 ranged accuracy for bolts isn't enough. More importantly, proc rate decreases horribly as the level of the mob increases. Combine these two and there's a lot of situations where bolts aren't viable. Anyone who's been here awhile knows this. Mainhand dagger, offhand dagger, ranged slot, food, and equip sets -- all interchangeable. Usually can't capture enough about a character just by seeing what they have equipped at a given time.

I've got my Rdm alt. TBH I don't really like Thf solo. Anything that gets super hard might require measures like tons of potions, and a high level NPC buddy. Again, back to the point at which you're trying to solo stuff that's so high in level that your bolts don't hit or, more importantly, proc. That's around where the limit of thief solo lies. I find Rdm solo or Duo more fun. Sold my wivre ring +1's a couple of months back. I think I was the first to duo Farucca Fly on Thf + Rdm, really easy fight with enough of an HP cushion. Still need the rings though. Fatality belt, alert rings, lord ruthven pops, verthandi pops, and more is available from Rdm solo or DD + Rdm duo, so I'm likin the VNM system.

Considering per some old math I use Justice Torque over gorget for mercy (they're really pretty close), yeah I'd say so.

Finished thunder/fire kilas a while ago. Probably don't need mantle since level cap went up, but nice to know that I'm capped on acc for mostly everything I do so can use attack food.



Went 1/1 on trunks. Pretty happy with WS setup. Still need to get back to sky to get some heca pieces and somehow get Loki's kaftan but by the time I get either there will probably be better gear from next update.
