I have a question.... aren't the JP going to get the new expansion before us? So pretty much they are going to be JP ONRY for awhile. We'll be sitting there and then next thing you know there goes a 75 BLU........... before we are even able to be one ; ;. Down with the JP!

y would they get it b4 us? i know many games come out in JP b4 US and all that but when a game is already released dont they keep them in sync with one another? when CoP came out was it released in JP early, and were JP going to new areas b4 us? i dunno jsut seems like they would never even consider doing this...

CoP came out in Japan a few weeks b4 NA got it.

And yes, they were in new areas the moment the CoP patch was released. So it's safe to assume that the Japanese players will have some time to roam these areas before us (and maybe even unlock new jobs).

Actually, depending where you lived, it was much longer. Alot of shipments were delayed and/or lost from the hurricane season that year, SE even posted about it front page of the POL site.

Try a few days, and it only happned because they wernt strict with the street date in japan...

actually UK got CoP 1 day before NA, cuz it was released with the game in a mutlipack, so maybe it will be released on par with NA, and im pretty sure JP got CoP only a few days before the rest of the world, not weeks. i have the NA client and had to wait for it to come out in NA cuz UK's CoP wasnt compatable.

Even if the expansion comes does come out at a later date, It'll be more than likely that you will have/install the pack by the time you can actually log on and wait a few hours for an update.

Also, like with equipment/items from cop areas... people w/o cop can still get them.

Though the job quest will probably require access to the new areas --> the expansion pack itself.
