Quick Question.

I just got 3/3 on Usu head and Im about to turn in all mats to upgrade, I just want to kno if its worth it to equip the head piece over W. Turban even tho i dont have full usu,

Turban vs Usu mask is pretty situational.

Personally I'd stick to usu head in most cases. There's not a lot of acc you're carrying there, like from your hand and back slots (feet are understandable). You'll need to test out how pizza effects your acc rate as well though, to know when to use turban more effectively. Another tip is to work on that black belt as soon as possible, it'll increase the benefits of when you do use the turban, as well as your overall damage (obviously). With focus up you might be able to use turban but it'll depend what you're punchin' (aka situational shit).

The hand and back slots I'm suggesting btw are cuchulains mantle and noritsune kote. In capped acc situations your gear is fine though, it's just you knowing when that situation is; sadly a lot of monks never pay attention to this concept.

Cool thanks for the input, I'm currently working on BB, and i rarely miss on stuff that I use my mnk for, mainly solo and for salvage. Im still working on other usu sets aswell.
I'll test the mask out for certain stuff over turban.

I plan to start salvage in about 3 weeks if possible, should be floor 100 nyzul by then so I can focus on assault and spamming salvage.
Also, wondering what would be a good 6-8 man setup for salvage?

If you really want the bread & butter, go with:

[DD/nin or SAM/war] x2, THF, BRD, RDM, WHM

Personally I like MNK/NIN, SAM/WAR, then thf brd rdm whm. Other two slots, best possible would probably be mnk's to get through the 1&2 F's faster.

I've always been fine with 4-6 people though.

Before I started gathering organs, I figured out which ones would work best for me while taking the minimal amount of inventory space, since my inventory is clogged as it is.




That's about the setup I was thinking of for salvage too, now to just get floor 61-100 nyzul done in the next 2 weeks! (And find good people to salvage with! Gimps would only slow us down)

Generally I take 6 people for non-boss runs, and 7-8 for bosses.

Mnk/Sam/Thf/Brd/Rdm/Whm is a good core group.

But you can really go with anything, just make sure you have a brd, a rdm and a thf. The rest you can fill in whatever!
