I was like wtf is he talking about, well aparently Ang has been camping it for months and never got lucky lol. After me holding it for around 10 mins he got there, killed it and we went 1/1, he lotted and he has loved me ever since!

NMs like this really need to drop 100%. This is the most fucked up type of spawn I've encountered during all my NM hunts. You'd maybe think that such a goofy item wouldn't be sought after and it'd be an easy camp. I had 4 others for competition one night. Popped 3 times, got claim the first two times with no drop, on the third I was too burned out to even bother staying awake, but the person that got it didn't get drop either. Simply ridiculous.

- Myxomycete must be alive for this NM to spawn. The NM will only spawn during rainy (single water graphic) weather, which occurs often from near the end of the third month to the start of the 7th month, Vana'diel time. It can spawn on any game day, during any moon phase.

Almost three years later... So yeah... You have to camp him during rainy season in game I guess, I've camped it previously during hell, don't even know what months they were... I decided I'd look up a timer online to tell me when month 4 starts... So I camp Noble Mold for... It was I guess 2 Days, left my character in area by the double Myxomycetes... Even though it did rain many times between Day 1 of Month 4, NM did not pop... I kept checking chatlogs for times I was either zzz or at work... So earlier this morning I had to tinkle at 2:30AM and decided, might as well lookit my computer... Guess who's there... Popped my NPC, DoT him and Nuked away... Seems Noble Mold has aproximately 5k HP... Not certain when he popped but it was between 9:30PM - 2:30AM while I was zzz... 1/1

But these are next dates when Noble Mold should spawn in other words, Game times for 4/1/1057 through 6/30/1057... I'm in Mountain Time, so either add or subtract the hours for your time zone... Happy camping for those dates...

Got mine one day, then decided to help friend get it, no drop second time, then 3rd time drop. All 3 in same rainy season.

Didnt even camp it the first day for ToD, decided to check on it and there was someone AFK lol...
