My Cooking Mule is currently @ Cooking 83, and when I decided to goof off and look at the new "recipe list" feature, I went up and fished not only the new recipes, but also deduced the new recipe's cooking caps. For anyone else who looked at the list, compare the order they appear on the list versus MysteryTour's Cooking List, and you should understand my reasonings to believe the level caps are at whatever levels. And, yes, some recipes were listed twice at different levels. Again, refer to the previous link, and you'll see that the same item can be made two different ways at different levels.

1 x Block of Gelatin
2 x Antican Robe
2 x Jars of Antican Acid

Seems to be adept or higher

Well, someone on the BST forums on alla posted the location of the Bloods.

Lizard blood from Diremite in Pso'Xja. Unclear if it's just the mob called Diremite, or one of the other varities of Diremite (like Assaulter).

Bird Blood from Labyrinth Leeches in Labyrinth of Onzozo.

Beast Blood from Lesser Gaylas (I think it was these) in Zitah.

And the leech saliva drops from Royal Leeches in Sea Serpent Grotto. Gonna see if I can make a few of these jugs later on.

The Antican Acid drops from the mage Anticans in West desert (maybe East also), but seems to be quite a rare drop. They also drop from mage Anticans in Quicksand Caves.

The Locusts can be harvested from West Saruta and Giddeus (one of them is really rare). And the mushroom locust can be harvested from the Jungle. The harvesting points there only appear during rain weather... fun...

Still haven't seen any confirmation of the Loam.
