Anyone test this out?
Mainly paralyze because:
Slow- Just a matter of lasting, no -%
Gravity- Read Slow
Blind- Evasion based?
Silence- Meh
Bind- Mehx2
Since paralyze is a proc rate, does killer effects somehow (somehow!) increase proc rate based on whatever your enhanced in?
Idk just a thought.

I'm pretty sure Killer Effects and Paralyse are comepletely unrelated, except for the effect being similar. Paralyse proc rate is affected by MND though, and I've seen data that also suggests that Slow % is also variable, and is also affected by MND.
There appear to be caps on the effects though... you may not see any variation if you test on Too Weak mobs...

Are you asking about if Paralyze merits or anything make killer effects go off more? If so, no. To increase killer effects, get more CHR, reduce the enemy CHR, or get enhanced killer effect items or merits (BST). To make Paralyze go off more it's based on MND. I heard BLM ice merits might affect it, though I'm unsure, and it doesn't help you really.

No no, I was wondering if having a killer effect trait effects proc rate as well with a set amount of MND.

Killer Effect Trait affects "Intimidate" proc rate (maybe CHR too my BST knowledge isn't that great)
MND affects "Paralyse" proc rate.
They are two completely independant effects though...

Yes CHR definately effects "killer" procs. In my opinion CHR has nothing to do with hate decay, but Koenig has all the +CHR for intimidate factors.

I think the confusion comes from the Killer Effect description ("gives an edge against xxxxx"). In practice, this doesn't mean you do more damage or have more effective spells. It just means that that class of mobs can be intimidated by you.
As established, CHR is the stat that boosts Killer proc rate, in addition to gear that specifically says it boosts it. It's the one thing outside of Charm and Songs strength/resist that SE has confirmed CHR doing.
