This is mainly so Cing's thread won't be cluttered up with questions about certain recipes and so forth. With that said...here goes.

0-2:
Grass Threads: Yagudo Necklace + Wind Crystal

Save all the Grass Threads you make. You'll be using them up fast soon. Also try to farm the necklaces if you can (it's pretty easy too).

2-4:
Grass Cloth: 3 Grass Threads + Earth Crystal

You'll want to save these to use for cheaper recipes.

4-11:
Hachimaki: 2 Grass Cloth + Wind Crystal

Sell these off to the NPC or if you don't mind taking it slower, on the AH. If you farmed the materials, you'll be able to make a little profit by selling to NPC and more selling on the AH.

Alternate Route 4-12:
(11) Cotton Threads: 2 Saruta Cotton + Lightning Crystal

(12) Cotton Cloth: 3 Cotton Thread + Earth Crystal

This is the method I took but you WILL lose gil with this method. The only thing i'll have to say about this one is that it'll give you more skill gains (some recipes just give skill better for some reason).

11-19:
Linen Threads: 2 Flax Flower + Lightning Crystal

Although the skill for these cap at 19, I only recommend making this until 12 or 13. Use the next recipe down for best results.

12-22:
Yagudo Fletchings: 2 Yagudo Feather + Wind Crystal

Skills gains are fast, the recipe is cheap and heck, you can even farm the materials easily. And to top it all off, you can sell them on the AH for profit at a pretty decent rate as well.

22-30:
Fly Lure: Animal Glue + Chocobo Feather + Bat Fang

This will need a level 8 Bonecrafting support but is well worth it. This is the cheapest recipe at this point and farming Bone Chips to raise Bonecrafting to 6 or 8 isn't all that hard. You can actually get up to skill 8 in Bonecrafting itself with this recipe, but expect a LOT of failures if the support isn't ready.

Alternate route:
Soil Hachimaki: 2 Linen Cloth + Wind Crystal

This is more expensive since Linen Cloths go for 1-2k each. The sell rate of this is VERY slow and you lose out on a LOT of gil with this recipe. So only use this if you're going only for skill and already have a lot of gil to spare.

30-35:
Wool Threads: 2 Sheep Wool + Lightning Crystal

This is a rather profitable stage since Wool Threads are used in making most of the Mantles in Leathercrafting. Although you can sell these and make profit, I highly recommend you save any Wool Threads you make until around skill 34 or so. You'll use them in the next recipe.

35-37:
Wool Cloths: 3 Wool Thread + Earth Crystal

You can sell these off now for profit. Depending on the server, there might be more profit selling them in Thread format instead of Cloth. The Cloths sell faster though (especially in Jeuno) since it's used in the Gobbie Bag quests. They also sell quite well in San d'Oria (used to make Power Bows by Woodworkers).

37-42:
Bird Fletchings: 2 Bird Feather + Wind Crystal

Depending on the server, you might be able to sell them for profit on the AH (San d'Oria or Jeuno for best results). However, since they're not as easy to come by as Yagudo Feathers or other materials, the prices of these might be higher. If so, you might want to try the Alternate recipe.

Alternate Recipe:
Hemp Gorgets: 8 Grass Thread + Earth Crystal

This actually caps at 43 and might be easier to make then Bird Fletchings. Even more so since you should be able to HQ while making Grass Threads out of Yagudo Necklaces with relative ease.

42-52:
Insect Fletchings: 2 Insect Wing + Wind Crystal

Yup...more fletchings. Same as the other Fletchings pretty much. These are slightly more expensive then Yagudo Feathers but should be cheaper then Bird Feathers since a lot of different monster drop these.

Note: Read next recipe + comment before capping these.

52-53:
Silk Cloth: 3 Silk Thread + Earth Crystal

I recommend you start on this recipe a bit early if possible (perhaps around skill 48-50). You'll be needing a LOT of these soon. So it's a better idea to start making the cloths at an earlier stage.

53-60:
Green Ribbon: Silk Cloth + Wind Crystal

This will be a huge money sink as the Silk Cloths (even threads) will usually cost more then the Ribbon. Sell them off to the NPC or try to desynth them (not sure if it works) to try to get back most of your gil from this recipe. I've looked for alternatives, but they all sell slowly or for a bigger loss to NPCs. These will actually cap at skill 62 by the way.

Note: Please post any questions or comments in this thread:

cing just so you know. your goals are unreasonable. well the crafting ones for 100 gold and 90 smithing. that's 100% impossible with 40 total points alloted for lv60+ crafting.

It's not 100% impossible to get more then one craft higher then 60. You'll just have to make an extra character and take the skill of one craft to 100 on one character and the skill of the extra character to 100 in the other craft. But I think you mean it's impossible to get 100 Goldsmithing and 90 smithing on one character. Which is true.

Yes please. I've always given credit where they're due and i'd like the same treatment.
