I noticed no one has got asked for the moogle for a lv 1-9 it seems like it caps the max lv you need to be is lv10.

You would be correct. I tried participating at level 3. Got plenty of people to take the cards but noone brought me any. I'm sad... especially since I'm only level 3 (new character on Midgardsormr).

the part I think that really sucks (other than being new) is mules also cant get the outfit unless you feel like lving your mule. the day before the moogles came out, I ran my Jeuno mule to windy to get a coat. Her name is Kandykane and everyone thought it would be great for her to run around in her chirstmas gear. She is only lv 1 tho in every job, so guess she is just going to have to be naked when she goes back to jeuno.

I'm going to do it with my mule who has one job that's a level 18 mnk. If you do it the way people have mentioned, on the fourth trade the moogle should give you a card that you can use. So as long as you have one eligible job (over 10) you're good to go. If you have some money, you can get any job from 1-10 in a matter of a few hours.
