Why do they always hold these events in California? That's exactly 2177.37 miles from where I live(ok I'm a looser and I played with Mapquest). As much as I'd like to go and meet some other FFXI players...driving 2177+ miles seems like a bit much. Aslo I have a slight lack of money in my current state...I'll have plenty more by March since I just got a new job, but you get the point.(so no plane tickets to LA)

More than likely I will be going, in one form or another anyway... Why would I miss it? Its in my own backyard! A bus ride away! ^.^ I can't thank SE enough for the newest and even bigger event... WAY better than Gardena for a change... Lets have it on the Santa Monca Pier.... /cheer SE for the marvelous effort with reserving a great place for three days, and on a March night makes it very unforgettable to match.

SE really made me happy with this.... I wonder if they'll allow me to take my own pictures?

If anyone is on Shiva server, I'm definitely interested in meeting you.... but I also have a couple of friends on Seraph I'll be bringing along too, if they want to go.... I just have to fill them in on this asap. You wouldn't believe how many people that play this game, especially from Shiva, are from Los Angeles.... It will truly be a remarkable event to remember.

But yeah, it never hurts to have everyone else from other servers coming along for the fun of it all.... If you're from out of town, I'll happily escort you around LA.... Just let me know ahead of time. Knowing that my apartment isn't friendly to visitors though, I could recommend a couple of good hotels in the area, and I'm talking the ones that are NOT in the same price range as a Noble's Tunic... Its not a problem....
