Speaking from experience in Kaparu's situation, MNK Maat as a Taru really is hell. I myself was 1/6 or 1/7 or something with nearly the best gear at that level. A good deal of the posters here are Hume/Elvaan, and whether you realize it or not that extra hp makes a hell of a lot of difference.

Not a cop-out at all, I would have been 1/1 if I had 200 more HP

And of course the time I actually did win, I didn't end up using a single med. He got one hit on me. Ugh.

Why would you want to make them smaller? They're just a hair's breadth from Spharai in terms of performance, you want everyone to know you have them. But, you know, wear them on a real job.

Generally, that type of weapon goes to super geared people, not your average geared people. So yes he was making fun of you.

ya i kinda assumed that..... weird someone who spends all their time dedicated to znms for his shell lack the time for salvage, especially with a billion other events............ seriously though mix and match compared to full usu nowadays with pizza has diminished that much more... and now with having the access to hachi body for my mnk.... full usu might not even be the best lol......

keep on hating and being jealous, but dont be a jerk just bc i dont have THE BEST gear... if i was using stupid gear that be one thing.. however my pups gear near top it can be DD wise w/o usu. The only thing it needs is pantin cape... 0/4 on now but im next in line for sure, and a better ring (sold tor awhile back to gear my sch better...... need get new replacement soon but im lacking the gil atm). you really should feel bad for being a jerk for no reason at all.

I commented before I even saw Goldo's. Yes I am quite jealous of the Shenlong's, doesn't mean congratz still. It's an accomplishment killing PW in the first place. I'm just saying, they'd have been put to better use on a better geared job.

what does my current "acceptable" gear have anything to do with it? You dont get all items at once in this game, its slowly builds up, or did you forget you once where wearing a SH and wags? I guess when you where still missing black belt and got byakkos that was a waste should should have gone to a "better geared job" like someone outside your ls who didnt do anything for them (btw we have only 2 "pimped" mnks in the shell and one already has shens, the other didnt want, meaning i was most eligible, go figure mnk is not wanted by hnmls lol...... probably in 6 months we will have fitted every person with mnk/pup unlocked in the shell with these babies while your still whining). It be one thing if i had stupid gear choices like tping in str rings, or not using haste gear.. but hell all im missing to be your term "better geared" is full usu which shockingly isnt game breaking (can capp acc and haste w/o it) and a Black belt, both of which im working on currently. Luckily I have accomplished something that only a handful of mnks have yet, and i did it having fun with non judgmental people who have done everything in this game, literally everything including AV.
