    FINAL FANTASY XI Test Server Update (01/13/2012)

    Magian Moogle now gives all 99 empy/relic/mythic weapons.
    Afterglow animation is on all the time.

    As far as I know, SE does not provided a digital download for FFXIV. I would guess that once 2.0 is out you'll be able to get it on steam.
    If you cant wait for shipping you could search for a torrent, but you'll still need a key. You can try searching for sites that sell keys but that's all on you.
    A how-to on installing the torrent and manually patching it can be seen here. (the article is by a moderator over at ffxiah.com there is also a link to a site that sells keys)
