  1. Campaign update tested

    Posted 8 Apr 2009

I just finished up a bit of testing tonight of the new campaign changes.

First up is the teleportation to the dungeons.
-50 notes if dungeon under your nation's control.
-70 notes if dungeon under other allied nation's control.
-90 notes if foreign nation's dungeon under beastman control.

And lastly is the fortifications nerf. As expected, this was gutted as badly as brd songs and 15 minutes of hitting the wall resulted in 20 xp and 10 notes.

Will this be the end of the dungeons? Will people bother attending offensive battles if there's no enemies to attack, and the forts are worthless?
  2. Moghancement: Campaign effects?

Description says "Improves your evaluation for services rendered to the Allied Forces" but I still do not have a clear understanding of what this does. For the following, I consider "normal" to be a 61+ job at maximum campaign rank.

I noticed the following from my own testing:
-Will NOT let you violate the 90 xp/min cap. i.e. 10 minutes will still result in a maximum of 900 xp.
-Will NOT let you violate the cap for allied notes. i.e. I still can't get more notes than xp in a normal situation. In a 10 minute battle I will still cap at 900 notes.
-I still tend to get twice as much xp as notes. i.e. would get 2000 xp and 1000 allied notes.

So any ideas of what effect it has?
