It used to be shit. People were shouted down for suggesting Osode over Haubergeon on WS because Haubergeon had +ACC.
It took a good 6+ years for people to get their heads out of their asses, and test it out on their own. -

Not average, it has a minimum of 15% more.
5, 7, 8, 10, 11 (and 7 is the lowest scoring with 15%) are the rolls you should stay on, unless you have bust in effect. If you have 1 bust, then you stay on 6 and 9 (unless bust is shorter than 1 min). -

Slow xp doesn't make a difference. It's the fact that you're improving xp by 15% - 20%.
If you're fairly certain that +ATK or +DA can improve the rate at which you kill shit by at least 15% - 20%, then logically you should roll those. Of course at that point, logically, you should get less shit DD's. -

we can drop a decent roll on the party in 0.5-1s then go out and get the next pull back to the camp and slept. BRDs spend a whole lot of their time singing or some other gay shit. Why would you want a BRD/NIN to pull instead of a COR/NIN and let the BRD go /WHM since plenty of BRD gear adds mp and they probably have better mp gear since theyve spent more time as /WHM.
i think thats losing a whole lot of efficiency.
edit: as for losing damage cause we are pulling....i love finishing the last 20-25% of a mobs hp with my sexual slug shot, but that doesnt interfere with my pulling. the next mob is waiting at camp anyway. a good puller is a lot of work, but COR/NIN makes it so damn efficient. balancing a slept mob at camp with a bit of utsu tanking the next one while you finish off the present mob is a lot of work with a lot of reward.
Barring the fact that I think your ability to roll in 0.5s is complete bullshit (what, do you never double up?)
- COR doesn't have AoE sleep. Hoarde Lullaby and Foe Lullaby are superior to Light Shot, as they have 24s recasts (as apposed to 45s max recharge on light shot) that can be driven further down to 12s with hastes and even further with Lullaby Recast merits.
- BRD Elegy is fucking ridiculous to pull with. 2s cast time, which is faster than peacemaker. And COR can't pull with quick draw, they need to save it for Light Shot. Elegy not up? Pull with one of your 5 requiems, which also have a 2s casting time. Which brings me to my next point:
- BRD Songcasting time can be GREATLY reduced through the use of equipment such as Shia'ar Manteel and Haste.
COR can pull, but BRD is so much more efficient. On top of that, merit pt's doesn't need more than a RDM or WHM as healing, so both BRD and COR doesn't need to sub WHM
