    I have the exact same argument.


    I'm guessing that it would be too swift an upgrade if we could get seals as fast from quests and Dominion as we can from hunting NMs.

    They probably did that on purpose, i mean they have to make it somewhat a tedious task to upgrade your gear; else everyone will be running around in +1.
